The Practice

Care is how we show up.
Commitment is how we keep showing up.

Their coherence is integrity, not as a static trait, but as a living quality of attention, relationship, and sustained action.

How We Work

The conversation the assessment opens

Assessment reveals a pattern. The Values Compass shows the direction and openness with which a person tends to engage with their social and organisational environment, a beginning, the starting point for something more.

The work that follows (dialogue, facilitation, the careful unpacking of what the profile means for this person in this context) is where integrity is actually worked with. This is where the person behind the profile is genuinely met. Where the conversation the assessment made possible can finally happen.

What emerges from that conversation has a different quality to it. A person who has been genuinely seen (whose pattern has been explored with curiosity rather than used as a verdict) carries something into the decisions ahead. That is the integrity work.

Tending, not grasping. Letting be is the mature gesture of care.

What This Looks Like in Practice

An organisation is its system of relationships

The formal structures matter. But it is in how people actually communicate: what is said and left unsaid, what can be named and what must stay unspoken. That is where integrity lives or doesn't. Assessment shows the pattern. The work below is how the pattern is worked with: through dialogue (words that carry weight, that commit and can be held, not merely exchanged), sustained engagement, and the careful development of conditions in which honest perception becomes possible.

Values & Dialogue

Values Conversations and Team Dialogue

Facilitated sessions that use the Giotto profile (individual or collective) as the starting point for a genuine conversation about what this team or organisation actually values and how that is being lived (or not lived) in practice.

Longitudinal Engagement

Integrity Management Programme

A multi-stage, sustained engagement model. Assessment at entry point, followed by awareness work, communication strategy, and quarterly analytics: the full arc of an integrity culture rather than a single intervention. Designed for organisations that want to move beyond compliance into culture.

Leadership

Ethical Leadership Development

Workshop-based work for leadership teams. Grounded in the Care and Commitment framework. Not prescriptive. Oriented toward the quality of attention leaders bring: how they show up to the people they are responsible for, and how they keep showing up.

Organisational

Cultural Integrity Diagnostics

An organisational-level reading of where integrity strengths and risks lie within a culture. Uses collective Giotto data and facilitated sense-making to give leadership a clear, honest picture. Not a report to file, but insight to act on.

Personal

Wayfinding Sessions

One-to-one integrity coaching. For individuals (often leaders) who are navigating a genuinely difficult integrity question: a decision that doesn't have a clear right answer, a relationship under pressure, or a moment of disorientation in their own practice.

The intellectual and practical formation behind this work

Character Education

Masters, University of Birmingham

A postgraduate programme in the philosophical and practical study of character: what it is, how it develops, and what conditions allow it to flourish or diminish. The intellectual foundation for the Care and Commitment framework that underpins GSA's approach to integrity work.

Warm Data

Certified Warm Data Lab Host

Trained through the International Bateson Institute (Nora Bateson). Warm Data facilitation works with the relationships between things rather than the things themselves. A methodology for helping groups hold complexity without reducing it to simple cause and effect. This shapes every facilitation engagement.

Dialogue

Decade-plus practice

Not dialogue as a technique, but as a discipline. The capacity to hold a conversation where something real is at stake, where the outcome is not predetermined, and where what the other person brings genuinely changes what is possible. This is the core of the wayfinding and integrity management work.

Storytelling

Filmmaking background

A prior professional life in film and storytelling. Not a past life unconnected to the current work. The attentiveness to narrative, to what a person is actually saying beneath what they are saying, is carried into every assessment debrief and facilitation.
