Career Thinking
GSA Mindworks and Career Thinking share ownership, philosophy, and the vocabulary of orientation and wayfinding. Where GSA works with integrity in organisational life (who people are in relation to their responsibilities), Career Thinking works with direction: who people are in relation to the working life they want to build.
The two practices are distinct but neighbouring. Both begin from the same premise: that people deserve a genuine conversation about what matters to them, not a test result handed over without context or care.
